Kate joined Casino New Brunswick (CNB) in April 2010 with an extensive background in Guest Service. She began her career at the prestigious Prince George Hotel, Halifax, NS in 2004. During her employment at this 4.5 star, 4 Diamond property Kate adopted a high service standard.
She pursued a progressively challenging career moving on to the Crowne Plaza in Moncton NB in 2008 as Guest Service Manager. In this role, Kate was able to transfer her high level of guest service by quantifying increases in guest service surveys, scores and overall moral within her department.

Upon joining the CNB team in 2010 as Hotel Guest Service Manager, Kate has continued to grow and was selected by the General Manager to be the first Manager to enter the Professional Development Program. In her progressive roles, Kate has taken on significant responsibilities through managing Casino and Hotel Guest Services as well as the Gift Shop and Spa; where her efforts have produced significant revenue increases. As part of her professional development program, in November 2012, Kate has assumed the Management responsibility of the Cage and Count Departments. In July 2103 Kate was promoted to Director of Marketing, advertising & Player Development.
